Caffeinated Design Studio is pleased to announce an additional way for our website and CaffeMail customers to get support! Effective immediately, any questions, change requests, or issues related to your Caffeinated-designed or -maintained website or CaffeMail email marketing account can be directed to our new Support Desk.

How does this help you? All requests are automatically entered into a ticketing system, ensuring that even the smallest request will never fall through the cracks and speeding up our turnaround time.

Caffeinated Help Desk Our Support Desk will allow you to do the following:

  • Email your requests directly to
  • Submit your help requests via a simple online form
  • Share feedback and ideas, and vote on the brilliant ideas of others
